Our Story
Born from a desire to serve a community of heart-centred women in business, our group began in 2014 as a chapter of the Heart Link Network. In 2024, we embraced a new chapter—more regional, rooted in our local community, and fully independent. Today, we host both in-person and virtual events. Every woman who participates in one of our events becomes a lifelong member of our community, with access to shared resources, ongoing support, and our private online space. Women may attend a single event or join as VIP members, enjoying year-round benefits, special rebates, and the deeper connections of our core community. We are proudly bilingual, based in the French-speaking province of Québec, and open to women from all walks of entrepreneurial life.

About Us
Giving Back
Our community is built on caring, and we believe in giving back together. We proudly support Project Kailah, an initiative that provides menstrual items to women experiencing homelessness. At every one of our meetings, women are invited to bring menstrual products to donate, creating an easy and meaningful way to contribute. Beyond our gatherings, we organise an annual 32 km walk dedicated to raising awareness and support for this cause. Through these efforts, we connect business with compassion and ensure that our success is shared where it matters most.

Become an Event Host

We are excited to launch our Event Host Program, a new way for women to grow their leadership while creating meaningful connections in their communities.

As a Host, you’ll organise inspiring gatherings that bring women together to learn, collaborate, and support each other. Hosts receive training, visibility, and personalised support, along with a 12-month VIP membership and revenue opportunities from their events.

Women in Business Who Care isn’t just another networking group. Our events are designed to combine human connection, leadership, and collaboration in a women-only environment where every stage of life and business is welcome and celebrated.
Each gathering goes beyond networking and may include mini-expo spaces for VIPs and sponsors, creative touches like a beauty bar, art displays or wellness corners, and short TED-style talks that inspire both personal and professional growth. Food, community spirit, and giving back are always part of the experience, with a special focus on causes such as Project Kailah.
